    AP&P is a real estate office in full growth with a bright and enthusiastic team, pulling out all the stops to provide the best possible service to every single customer. You are always welcome at our head office. Of course, our team is just as happy to come to you (at home or on location).

    Our headquarters in Kortenberg undoubtedly being the ideal "hub" for our Brussels, Leuven, Aarschot, Tienen, and Diest region: close to major access roads, with parking space for visitors, and equipped with a modern meeting room with a video conference system.

    In 2017, we converted the former Rembrandt café into a multifunctional and modern office. Our clients are welcomed here in all comfort and peace. Of course, we are also happy to offer you a delicious cup of coffee.

    The merged office at De Walsplein was modernised and renovated. However, it quickly grew and was bursting at its seams. Our team looked for and found a rather unique location in the heart of Kortenberg.

    In 2014, A Property & Pelsmaekers (AP&P) was created from the merger of A Property and Immo Pelsmaekers. Wim Stroobants and Frans Pelsmaekers combined their modern vision and generations of experience into a new success story.
